Children were likely brought up with care and pampering in this urban civilisation. Clay toys which include carts, animal figurines with movable heads, wheeled birds, monkeys which could slide down a stick, spinning tops, mazes, marbles, rattles, whistles, dice and games-men are found abundantly at Harappan sites. Were they also used for rituals?
